Thanksgiving went well yesterday. I had my "cheat" day yesterday. I did cheat- but within reason :)

I busted my tail at the gym today. 40 minutes- Precor- 455 calories. Damn!

As for training today, everything just felt super heavy. I toughed it out, but I could have probably been a little tighter on my form. Supposed to go for a hike tomorrow and I am really looking forward to it. Not sure if the weather will cooperate, but I hope it does. If we do go, I better bring lots of extra clothes ;)

Half days are glorious!! I have to eat dinner, then I am going to plop my royal tush on the couch, grab a word search (or something equally nerdy) and pray that I fall asleep!

I did work out today, but didn't write it down. Instead, I went shopping and the numbers completely left my mind. I did my intervals though on the stationary bike instead of the recumbent bike.
