I will go back and fill in my gaps on here.. I have millions of little papers and now I just need to put it all together.
Trained with Sean today. After and before, I did some conditioning. Grand total calories of 625.
Today was the Biggest Loser weigh in at school. If things go as I think they will, I will be the winner. Not going to count on it, but I think I have a fighting chance.

Should be: 30, 120, 150
I did: 30.0, 120.0, 149.5.. How that for accuracy?! :-D
