I'm still holding at yesterday's weight, so I'm happy.
Totally wiped when I went to the gym today- had NO energy, but still worked up a good sweat. 27 mins, 196 calories. Almost got pissed over that, but Sean happened to be in the right place at the right time, so that helped calm me.
