My funky twitchy shoulder blade muscle itch thingy is back after a day of no issues. Grr! Hopefully it'll die down soon, which would lead to a happier Jess. VERY happy with my weigh in this morning. I am hoping it doesn't take a turn by Saturday.

Bosu squats: 2 sets x 20 reps x 30 lbs
2 sets x 20 reps x 25 lbs
Plie squats: 1 set x 20 reps x 35 lbs
3 sets x 20 reps x 40 lbs
Seated leg curls: 1 set x 12 reps x 65 lbs
2 sets x 12 reps x 70 lbs
1 set x 12 reps x 75 lbs
Deadlifts: 4 sets x 12 reps x 30 lbs
Food..Went a little over on fat. Bleh:
Should have been: 30, 120, 150
I did: 34.6, 120.6, 149.7
