I did: 33.2, 120.6, 150.0
Conditioning- 40 minutes, 372 calories.. I just couldn't find a machine that I was comfortable on. I hate those days! You hop on one, it doesn't feel right, so you go on another- and the same thing.. And onto another.. Same thing!
Bench extensions: 2 sets x 15 reps x 10 lbs
2 sets x 15 reps x 15 lbs
Shrugs: 4 sets x 15 reps x 25 lbs
Machine press: 1 set x 15 reps x 10 lbs
3 sets x 15 reps x 12.5 lbs
Incline bench overhead: 1 set x 15 reps x 10 lbs
3 sets x 15 reps x 15 lbs
Incline bench curls: 4 sets x 15 reps x 10 lbs
Machine curl: 1 set x 15 reps x 30 lbs
3 sets x 15 reps x 30 lbs
