Pull downs: (Machine finally fixed!)
4 sets x 12 reps x 65 lbs
Straight arm pull overs- 1 set x 12 reps x 10 lbs
3 sets x 12 reps x 15 lbs

Should have been: 30 fat, 120 carbs, 150 protein
I did: 25.8 fat, 120.4 carbs, 152.8 protein
