This morning is behind me, ready to kick ass again.
Alright, so I think I am going to convert to an electronic tracking of my workouts instead of my trusty paper method. My poor book has seen better days and it only has a few pages left! I like keeping a record so I can constantly go back to reflect and evaluate. (And I kinda took the idea from Sean!)
