Cybex- 40 minutes- 494 calories.. I am actually looking forward to weighing in tomorrow- how sad is that?! All I can say is that I am relieved that it's Friday. Totally doing nothing tonight.

Dbell press seated: 1 set x 15 reps x 10 lbs

Flat bench extensions: 4 sets x 15 reps x 8 lbs

Machine curls: 1 set x 6 reps x 40 lbs

2 sets x 10 reps x 35 lbs

Overhead dbell extensions: 4 sets x 15 reps x 15 lbs
