I won the Biggest Loser at school, which is a kinda cool bonus to this whole weight loss saga.

I jumped all around for conditioning before settling on the first machine I went to initially..Worked extra hard to make up for the time loss switching between machines. Conditioning: 40 mins, 534 calories.

BOSU squats: 4 sets x 20 reps x 25 lbs

Plie squats: 1 set x 20 reps x 25 lbs
3 sets x 20 reps x 35 lbs

Deadlifts: 2 sets x 12 reps x 30 lbs
2 sets x 12 reps x 35 lbs

Seated leg curl: 1 set x 12 reps x 70 lbs
3 sets x 12 reps x 75 lbs

Food- Freakin' A. As I was planning, I mixed up my numbers.

Should be: 30, 120, 150
I did: 36.1, 120.0, 151.5
