Chest/shoulder/bicep Day

Cardio: 40 minutes- Interval- No hands- Hardcore sweating (Hahhahah! I wrote swearing at first) level.

Ab machine: 50 lbs x 12

Machine overhead press: 10 lbs x 12
10 lbs x 12
10 lbs x 12
5 lbs x 12

Dbell curls: 15 lbs x 10
10 lbs x 15
10 lbs x 15
10 lbs x 15

Machine curls: 35 lbs x 15
30 lbs x 15
30 lbs x 15

Machine press: 15 lbs x 10
25 lbs x 10
30 lbs x 10
30 lbs x 10

Dbell bench press: 15 lbs x 12
20 lbs x 12
20 lbs x 12
20 lbs x 12

Today was a pretty good workout. I had this horrible nagging extreme pain in my side during cardio. At times, it threw me off balance, but I stuck with it and eventually, with 5 minutes left, it went away. Dunno what that was all about! I haven't had that happen since my heavier days!
