Half days are glorious!! I have to eat dinner, then I am going to plop my royal tush on the couch, grab a word search (or something equally nerdy) and pray that I fall asleep!

Bosu squats: 1 set x 20 reps x 15 lbs
3 sets x 20 reps x 20 lbs

Plie squats: 4 sets x 20 reps x 45 lbs

Seated leg curl: 1 set x 20 reps x 65 lbs
3 sets x 20 reps x 60 lbs

Deadlifts: 1 set x 20 reps x 25 lbs
3 sets x 20 reps x 30 lbs

Food was good.
Should have been: 30, 120, 150
I did: 29.7, 121.0, 151.7
