Times has been very limited, but I at least made it in for conditioning today. 30 minutes, 334 calories. I did more because I started on another machine, and got pissed at the person next to me, so I switched. I stupidly forgot to look at the calorie count. Ah well!

Did well with my food.
Should have been: 40 fat, 90 carb, 150 protein
I did: 38.1 fat, 85.2 carbs, 149.9 protein
