Trained with Sean today- killed worked on legs today. I got to the gym early and did some conditioning. Combined with my normal conditioning session, I did 518 calories.

Food went splendidly.
Should have been: 30 fat, 120 carbs, 150 protein
I did: 29.0 fat, 120.3 carbs, 151.9 protein
