Conditioning: 40 minutes 425 calories (does not include cool down)

Training: SUCKED today.

Shrugs: 4 sets x 15 reps x 30 lbs

Dbell press sit: 4 sets x 15 reps x 15 lbs

Dbell curls: 4 sets x 15 reps x 10 lbs

Machine curls: 4 sets x 10 reps x 30 lbs

Flat bench dbell extensions: 2 sets x 15 reps x 8 lbs
2 sets x 15 reps x 10 lbs

Overhead dbell extention: 4 sets x 15 reps x 10 lbs

Did well on the food again.
Should have been: 30 fat, 120 carbs, 150 protein
I did: 30.5 fat, 119.2 carbs, 151.9 protein
