Feeling quite sore today! I pushed through and did intervals today. 30 minutes in all. I did not have my Polar with me, again, so I am not sure of the exact calories.

Did awesome on my food today!!
Should have been: 40 fat, 90 carbs, 150 protein
I did: 41.8 fat, 90.5 carbs, 150.5 protein
